Upon application, the gel first delivers a cooling sensation, followed by a warming effect. Utilizing a hydrogel base, it penetrates the skin to support the underlying tissues and assist local blood flow. This supports muscle relaxation before training and assists the natural elimination of metabolic waste products after an intensive workout, helping to manage muscle stiffness. It can also be used on legs to support fluid balance and the natural recovery process.
