Payment Options

We offer the following payment methods for orders within Germany:

  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer (Advance Payment / Vorkasse)
  • VISA
  • Mastercard

Unless specified otherwise, the payment methods available in Germany are also available for international orders.

Please refer to the table at the bottom of this page for any payment methods that may be excluded for your country.

Shipping within Germany

Shipping is carried out as an insured parcel including a tracking ID. Our standard shipping partner is DHL.

The exact shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and can be found in the table below.

International Shipping, VAT and Import Duties

We ship our goods worldwide with DHL International. Please refer to the shipping cost table at the end of this page for the shipping costs and estimated delivery time applicable to your country of delivery.
Deliveries within the European Union
For deliveries within the European Union, the applicable statutory VAT regulations shall apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices displayed on our website generally include the statutory German VAT.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, German VAT may be exempt where the applicable legal requirements for an export transaction are fulfilled. The VAT applicable to the respective order will be taken into account accordingly during the ordering process.
Please note that a delivery outside the European Union can only be treated as VAT-exempt as an export transaction if the applicable legal requirements are fulfilled and the required proof of export is available.
In addition to the shipping costs, the following charges may arise in the destination country:
•    import duties
•    import VAT or other import taxes
•    customs clearance fees
•    other charges related to importation or customs clearance
These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer or importer in the destination country.
The amount of import duties, taxes and other charges applicable in the destination country depends on the laws and regulations of that country and may vary depending on, among other things, the destination country, the type of goods and the value of the goods.

Shipping and Import Clearance

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, international shipments are made in accordance with the shipping terms specified in the respective offer.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the buyer or importer is responsible for complying with the import regulations applicable in the destination country and for paying any import duties, taxes and other import-related charges arising there.
Depending on the destination country, such duties, taxes and fees may be collected by the competent authorities or by the shipping or customs-clearance service provider handling the import clearance.
We recommend that customers inform themselves about the import regulations, duties, taxes and other import-related costs applicable in their destination country before placing an order.

Important Notice

The shipping costs stated on our website include only the transportation costs expressly indicated by us. Any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees or other import-related charges arising in the destination country are not included and will not be borne by us.

Returns

The cost of return shipping (both within Germany and from abroad) must be borne by the customer.

Delivery Times

I. Calculation of Delivery Time

If you order multiple items from us within a single order that have different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.

In this case, the delivery time applicable to the entire shipment will be determined by the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

The period for delivery begins, in the case of payment via bank transfer (advance payment), on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution, or, for other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract, and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period.

If the first day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state in Germany, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

If an item is out of stock or not immediately available for delivery, and the delivery time is extended accordingly, a separate notice will be provided on the respective product page.

II. National Delivery Time

The delivery time within Germany for items in stock is 1 to 3 working days from the working day on which we dispatch your goods as described under Section I. Please note the delivery times specified directly on each item's product page, as these may vary in individual cases.

III. International Delivery Time

The maximum delivery time for international shipments is calculated by taking the regular delivery time of the item and adding the additional delivery time specified for the respective country in the table below.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees (Non-EU Countries) 
Please note that for deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, Asia, Middle East), additional customs duties, import VAT, and local customs clearance fees may apply. These costs are not collected or refunded by us; instead, they are levied directly by the relevant customs or tax authorities and the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL) in the destination country. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer (recipient). Please check with your local authorities before placing an order.

Special Regulations for Bulky Goods, Heavy Items, or High-Value Orders
Please note that for orders with a item value of €1,000 or more, as well as for particularly bulky, heavy items or shipments consisting of multiple packages, the actual shipping costs may differ from the standard rates listed above. In such cases, we will contact you via email after packaging and determining the exact shipping options. If additional shipping costs apply, we will send you a payment link for the remaining amount. The goods will only be dispatched after your confirmation and full payment of the shipping costs. If you do not agree to the additional costs, you may, of course, cancel your order free of charge.
