Enriched with arnica, chamomile, and menthol, the formula provides a pleasant cooling or warming sensation, depending on the method of application, making it suitable as part of a regular care routine.

Directions for Use

Cold Application

• Apply a layer approximately 1 cm thick to the desired area once or twice daily.
• Leave the paste on as required, then rinse off with water or brush away once dry.
• Suitable for use under bandages if appropriate.

Warm Application

• Place the open container in hot water that has been removed from the heat source for approximately 10–20 minutes.
• Apply the warmed paste in the same way as for cold application.
