1. Measure your head circumference above your ears and eyebrows (in cm).

2. Select the correct shell and liner size:

   • Shell S: fits liners 53–56

   • Shell M: fits liners 57–59

   • Shell L: fits liners 60–63

3. Each helmet purchase includes one free liner (automatically added to your order).

Care instructions:
Clean the outer shell only with water and mild soap. The inner padding can be washed at up to 30 °C. Do not use solvents.
