Trust Sweet Iron Curbgag Jointed
This bit is a clever combination of a Pelham and a gag bit, offering versatile rein options and clear communication with your horse.

Design: The side pieces feature loose rings with eyelets through which the curb strap runs. The standard cheekpieces of the bridle are replaced with special gag cheekpieces.

Reins: Can be used with one or two reins, though two reins are most common.

Action: Applies pressure on the poll and the corners of the mouth, encouraging the horse to raise its frame and become more collected.

Mouthpiece: Single-jointed with a special Sweet Iron alloy that naturally forms a thin surface rust when exposed to moisture. This rust tastes slightly sweet to the horse and stimulates natural chewing and salivation.

Care Tip: When not in use, a thin orange-brown film may appear on the mouthpiece. This can be easily wiped off with a damp cloth and is not a defect.
